December Corn Futures

This chart shows the change in corn prices on the Chicago Board of Trade. As farmers in Illinois are waiting to get into the field, they are encouraged by the possibility of high prices for their crops come fall. However, many forget that the growing season is long and weeds, insects and the weather are waiting to attack crops.
